Stratacache Buys Sned
Stratacache’s acquisition of Sned, a French pharmacy signage specialist. Sned, founded in 2012, is known for its LED solutions for pharmacy displays. The acquisition aims to expand Stratacache’s presence in Europe, particularly in France and Benelux. Sned will continue to operate under its own brand but will be centrally managed by Stratacache’s European HQ in the Netherlands
This move follows Stratacache’s previous acquisitions of Sys-Teams in Great Britain and Masterpoint in Germany.

Stratacache takes over another POS and digital signage service provider in Europe. After the acquisition of Sys-Teams (Great Britain) and Masterpoint (Germany), the pharmacy signage specialist Sned is now becoming Stratacache’s third integrator in Europe. All three companies will continue to operate in the market with their own identities but will be centrally managed by the Scala European HQ in the Netherlands.
Sned was founded in 2012, is based in France, and is an LED solution specialist for pharmacy displays and signage. As part of the Stratacache Group, Sned is to be expanded into a European LED specialist. The company has already been an important service provider for Stratacache’s retail media specialist ID Klic.
